Enquiry Notifications Explained

Can I change the phone number or email address for my enquiry notifications?

Click your company logo in the top right-hand of the letting agent portal, select 'Settings', then 'Enquiries'. From here, you’re able to update the phone number/email address that notifications are sent to.

How will I be notified of student enquiries?

You will receive the full details of the enquiry via e-mail, and also a text message alert - we wouldn't want you to miss an enquiry! You can also view and manage your enquiries online in the letting agent portal.
